Wings Over Waukesha 2013 Commitment and Expectation:
Wings Over Waukesha 2013 relies on it's volunteers to assist in making the annual event a success. To ensure that an adequate number of volunteers are placed in each area, and that expectations and commitments are fully understood, please review the following requirements:
* Must be a minimum of 12 years of age.
* Volunteers must be neat and clean in appearance.
* Partial and split shifts cannot be allowed.
* While every effort will be made to place you in the area which you have requested, volunteers should remain in their assigned area to ensure that all areas requiring assistance are adequately staffed.
* Volunteers are required to HAVE FUN!

Wings Over Waukesha 2013 Provides to Volunteers:
To ensure that your Wings Over Waukesha 2013 service and experience is enjoyable, the following will be provided to all volunteers:
* Volunteer Handbook (available online).
* Parking/Entry passes with access to designated volunteer parking.
* Event specific volunteer T-shirt.
* Wings Over Waukesha Volunteer Wrist Band.
* Volunteer lunch.

Wings Over Waukesha 2013 Volunteer Release:
I have read, understand and agree to comply with the expectations and commitments for Wings Over Waukesha 2013 and agree as a volunteer to hereby hold harmless, the Experimental Aviation Association, County of Waukesha, Atlantic Aviation, Inc., Midwest ATC Services, Inc. and any and all of the affiliates named and unnamed of same, to include any individual or group of individuals associated with this event from any claims of loss, harm and damage to personal property, or personal bodily injury resulting from my participation and attendance to same event on or off premises. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by the organizers of this event. In addition, I allow Wings Over Waukesha 2013 and selected sponsors,media photo rights for use in future advertising or other forms of correspondence. I understand and accept all rules and claim by my submission that all the above information is correct and understand that any false information may jeopardize my eligibility at this event now and in the future.
